Lively, fresh and deep pink Spanish rosé.
The grapes are harvested in a very sound state and with a perfect quality of aromas. They remain in maceration for 15 hours, after which they bleed and are destalked. The clean must was then transferred to a stainless steel tank where it underwent fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C for 17 days.
